My introduction to the Intensity electrotherapy device today prior to my upcoming knee replacement surgery was awesome! Daniela was very efficient, knowledgeable, and gave thorough and easy to understand directions. She gladly accommodated the doctors appointments I was juggling to get me in to her office. She answered all my many questions and made great suggestions. She provided contact information if I had any questions or needed help. I left feeling relaxed and confident in the upcoming surgery and my recovery. Great experience! Thank you!

Our experience today with Daniella at the office in Huntsville was fantastic. She explained everything in detail to us and made us so comfortable. He is using the unit now and it was very easy to begin because she did such a great job today. Thank you.

Ridiculous charges! Had to get a back brace and I figured it would be expensive. I had seen many braces, of this nature, for around $350. Got the bill, for the part that insurance didn't pay, and saw that the initial charge was almost $1800 !!!!!!!! Of course insurance paid $1000 less but then I had to pay the rest. I would have been just as well off to order one online and pay for it myself.
