Hi everyone! My name is Lauren, and I was in a bad car accident in the 3rd grade, and that resulted in me missing one of my permanent front teeth. Ever since, I have been insecure of my teeth and have always disliked being in pictures because I hated my smile. With the help of dr. Azizhkam and his team, I feel much more confident and don’t hide my smile anymore. I could not be happier with the job that they did and am so grateful for this amazing staff. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met, and they are truly life-changing. Thank you all so much.

First visit for me and my wife. We were both very pleased. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were also ready when we arrived so we had no waiting time.

Front office was great. Very friendly and welcoming. My hygienist was amazing. She got the plan together for the treatments I need and advised me on additional things I can do at home to maintain a healthy mouth. I highly recommend this practice

Lie lie lie and more lies First walked in and asked them if they accepted my insurance. FEL BCBS. Showed them the card and everything. As they have a very misleading ‘sign’ on there desk about BCBS. I even held the sign up to them with my insurance card and they clearly stated it did not apply to me. So I booked a cleaning Then went in and they started the inspection and then informed me that my dental insurance doesn’t cover a cleaning. And the bill will be over 700.00. Clowns. So I asked them to explain to me in detail why I would have to pay 700.00 they could not Stay away. They obviously don’t accept veterans with federal employee health insurance They are a joke. I wish Pugh was still there,my entire family of five no longer uses this new dentist that took over for Dr. Pugh

Dr. Azizkhani is the best dentist I’ve been to and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful as well as the talented hygienists.
