Everyone here was friendly, helpful, and clear. Vanessa did a great job with all the first-visit things they do, and she listened and made notes of my relevant allergies/drug intolerances. That was truly reassuring. I like Dr. John. He's friendly and focused on your teeth at the same time. Very professional. The office and treatment room are welcoming and comfortable. In particular, I loved that the flat-screen above the treatment chair was just streaming a video slide show, like Beautiful Earth 4k. No noise, just really beautiful landscape videos.
My experience is limited to one visit, which started with multiple required signatures (hopefully I never wake with a migraine because canceling without 24 hour notice is unforgivable) . Beyond that my hygienist was great, my teeth felt wonderful. The doctor was nice and explained everything going on. And I came away with a clear plan. I was impressed and would recommend them to my friends and family
First time here. Very nice and clean. Office staff was friendly. My crown had came off and they were able to get it back on with ease. They were straight forward and reasonably priced. I will go back for future cleanings and any other work.
I’ve been debating whether to leave this review, but ultimately feel that communication and patient experience matter. At a previous appointment, I had older silver fillings repaired. I clearly expressed multiple times that I wanted them fully replaced with composite so they wouldn’t appear dark, as I feel self-conscious about them. I was reassured that would be done. However, when I left and checked in my car, I noticed the fillings were still partially dark. When I called the office, I was told the dentist had only removed half of each silver filling and replaced that portion with composite. I was disappointed that this change was not discussed with me beforehand, especially after I had clearly communicated my concerns. I decided to give them another try, things happen and mistakes are made. At my most recent visit for a cleaning, one of my fillings was accidentally dislodged during the appointment. I told them not to worry at all, no big deal. The office repaired it at no charge, which I appreciated. However, when I got to my car, I noticed the tooth had been built up much less than before, making it noticeably shorter than the adjacent tooth. This was something the dentist and I had previously discussed, as I’m self-conscious about the uneven appearance. I returned to ask if it could be adjusted. During that visit, I felt dismissed when I was told the dentist didn’t see what was wrong and needed “guidance.” I was not given a bib during the adjustment and had water/spit running down my cheek that I had to wipe with my own sleeve. When he finished, he left the room without saying much of anything to me. No apology for the mistakes. I was also given fluoride in a pouch to apply at home despite having paid for in-office application. Additionally, I was only informed after the appointment that my new insurance may not be accepted. I understand that mistakes and clinical decisions happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of communication and follow-through after I clearly expressed my concerns. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable.
I have had great service from great professionals from sunlight. I recently had to go thru the process of full dentures and have had great service in a time that was tough. Felicia has worked me in the schedule every time that I have called even in what im sure is a busy time during the holidays. Jacky has been very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of this new denture journey. Dr.Chad has always been great and straight forward with me with everything regarding my family's dental health. Dani has worked so well with my small children and really has a gift for working with children. Overall, I would highly recommend this buisiness to anyone in need of dental care.
