First time here. Both receptionist ladies were welcoming and nice. They do not charge for consultation and will work with you for a quick appointment. As I am over the road for work, they will mail my retainer to my home terminal. Super convenient. Doctor Jason is taking his time to listen to you. He is a genuine and professional person. All my questions answered. Office is very neat and clean. Their retainers are backed by 3M quality and prices reasonable. The young lady who took my dental impressions through computer scanning was very quick and gentle. Overall I m very impressed how productive they all are. Thank you . By the way it’s so nice to talk to a real person when you call in Cheyenne Orthodontics rather than an AI or automated system like many other offices.

My daughter had her braces removed this morning. I couldn't be more pleased with the job that Dr. Bird did. Prior to seeing Dr. Bird she had been referred to an oral surgeon, because severe pain had made eating solid foods impossible. The surgeon said surgery might be necessary, but suggested letting Dr. Bird try helping her first. By three months into braces, she was able to eat without significant pain. By six months the pain was completely gone. Had that been all that Dr. Bird had done for her, I would have been satisfied, but that was just the start. He is very detailed in his work and made sure that her teeth turned out perfect. Dr. Bird and his employees are compassionate, and I always felt like they put her needs first. He isn't a big talker, but was willing to answer any questions that I had. I am grateful for all that he has done for her.

We are from Austin and had a travel emergency with my daughters jaw expander coming loose while driving back to Austin from Yellowstone. Dr. Bird (and staff) we're pretty much the only ones who understood the importance of fixing this issue and didn't just squeeze us into the schedule but made up a whole new slot by keeping the office open after hours to help my daughter! We were able to schedule and intercept him from 300 miles away! Best doc ever! I wish I lived in Cheyenne and needed an orthodontist here but for those who are here in Cheyenne, Dr. Bird is absolutely wonderful and you needn't look any further!

What an amazing provider! We had a travel emergency with my daughter's jaw expanders and most practices wouldn't fit us in given that we were not current patients. But Dr Bird and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It is so hard to find practices like this. We were in and out within a few minutes and he saved us from a lot of hurt. He was super efficient and kind. Thank you Dr Bird and team, for your kindness. If we lived in Cheyenne , we would not look any further. Highly recommend!!

We loved working with Dr. Bird and his staff. Dr. Bird was always so amazing to explain what needed done, precautions and things not to be concerned about. He is great with kids. He took such good care of my family, and was just fun to talk to. His staff was so accommodating, very helpful and very friendly to us. I would highly recommend him for any orthodontic services.
