The patient care I receive at Smiles on Broadway is extraordinary. I appreciate the gentle care approach with my severe dental anxiety. The office is clean and inviting. At the front desk, Dani, friendly and accommodating. My dental hygienist Kristy, patient and kind. Lastly, Dr. Z. is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I’m a new patient here at smiles on Broadway and I had the most pleasant experience! From start to finish the whole process was great!! Christy was my hygienist and she made the whole process super comfortable from start to finish. She did a fantastic job! She explained everything as she was doing it and was just all around very professional. After coming from a dentist where I had lots of un-pleasant experiences it was very much appreciated to have someone who’s good and passionate about what they do. Thank you again!

I really enjoyed my experience at Smiles on Broadway. It was relatively easy to get scheduled quickly. I was seen around 2 weeks after I initially called the office as a first time patient. I also really appreciated their availability. It's generally not very easy for someone in a 9-5 to make an appointment outside of work hours, but at Smiles on Broadway, I was seen at 7 a.m. and easily got to work by 8.

I ended up going to the downtown location after my previous dentist retired. the transition to Smiles on Broadway was painless and there was no gap in service or issues with billing/insurance. After being wary of getting a new dentist, my hesitations were put to rest as the staff at smiles on broadway are quick and helpful regarding rescheduling, billing and set up etc. My most recent trip was a routine cleaning and I was in and out of there in 35-40 minutes, which was great because it was during my lunch hour. No negative experiences to note from my perspective. Nice work
