Dr. Domagala and her team were truly amazing! I was visiting Milwaukee on a work trip and was in the worst pain of my life. The team got me in within 30 minutes and got me out of pain. I’m so grateful. Their office was clean and each of the staff were kind and supportive incredibly hospitable. The woman at the front desk was warm and loving(sorry I can’t remember your name:)). Thank you all!

As a new patient I was treated with warmth, professionalism and kindness from the first scheduling call to end of visit. My comfort was highly considered and my teeth look great :). Life savers! I can't overstate how pleased I am with the customer service of Kathleen and the team. I'm from out of town and had an emergency that required repairing a chipped tooth. I was able to get same day service and was in and out in less than an hour. The whole crew was friendly and professional. I had a great experience at this dentist’s office. The receptionist, Kathleen, went above and beyond to help me understand my costs and explore every option available. My original out-of-pocket cost was about $1,500, and she even did the math herself to find ways to bring it down. She was able to lower it to $500. Which was a huge relief. She also helped me figure out a payment plan and found a solution that actually fit my situation instead of just giving me a generic option. I left feeling truly supported. Highly recommend this office for their kindness.
