We had an amazing experience at Lauren Cai Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the front desk team to the dental assistants and hygienist. Everyone made us feel comfortable right away. My 10 year old got braces, and they made the whole process so smooth and easy, which really helped put both of us at ease. They explained everything clearly and were so patient and gentle throughout the visit. What truly stood out the most was how genuinely nice everyone was. 2nd time around with kid #2 needing extensive work done. Walked in for initial exam and was made to feel like family. Staff remembered and were curious about my older one, my kids are 8 years apart! Dr.Cai and her staff are truly amazing, so happy round 2 will be with them.

We have sent 2 of our children to Dr. Cai for braces and our experience has been wonderful. Our first daughter we brought there had severe anxiety. We tried to send her to the orthodontist we used with our older two children, but they were not understanding or sensitive to her at all! All the staff at Dr Lauren Cai‘s office however were extremely sensitive and comforting to her, and eventually, she was not nervous at all when she would go for treatment. I absolutely love the staff there so much. They are very kind, friendly and make you feel like you just want to stay and visit with them. My children’s teeth have also turned out beautifully.
