Dr. Tk... was anawesome.. saved my wife confidence with her smile.. dentures where made excellent and fitted great on her.. thank you better than yesterday. Also the staff is awesome

It was awesome and they did a great job. I liked how they helped me and understood me. I recommend this place for everyone. I appreciate T.K work he is really helpful and he was very nice.

The dentist I was assigned seemed very inexperienced had to be new, and the treatment was painful. I left with sore, bleeding gums, which made the entire visit very uncomfortable. I believe additional training and supervision would benefit the quality of care provided. I also found the dentist's communication and bedside manner to be lacking. They did not make me or my children feel comfortable or respected during our appointments. I left feeling that I was treated differently. I can't speak to the dentist's intentions, but the interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. If the practice values respectful, patient-centered care, I hope they take feedback like this seriously.

I went in for a deep cleaning and I said it’s been about 7 years since I have had a cleaning for my teeth due to moving around and insurance. I got sat down for the appointment after X-rays, the dentists were super nice and they told me if it was painful to raise my hand, they didn’t numb me or anything and started scraping the gums and teeth and cleaning them. When they flossed they put a lot of pressure on the gum's (at the beginning I did mention I have sensitive gums and teeth) and it felt like my gums were being cut open. The result now: it’s been 7 hours since my appointment and my gums are still bleeding, they are swollen, and I can’t put any pressure on my teeth (think chewing) and they are throbbing so bad and I wanna cry because of the pain. It was great service but for the pain I will never ever come back.

My experience here was so bad I have a fear of dentists now. The experience was very dehumanizing, and painful. I wasn’t given proper pain management during my wisdom tooth removal. On top of that the woman did not know what she was doing they had to get another male dentist to take over. The pain afterwards lasted several weeks of excruciating pain. I even noted the medication wasn’t strong enough and I was ignored. I am giving 2 stars because the reception desk was kind and made me feel like a person. I hope this review does not scare anyone else but I would find another office where the level of professionalism is exemplary and the dentists are of higher skill level.
