My husband recently had a tooth extraction at this clinic, and we couldn't be happier with the care he received. From the moment he arrived, the staff made him feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. The doctors were highly professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything, which helped ease any anxiety he had about the procedure. The entire team was friendly, compassionate, and attentive throughout the visit. The extraction went smoothly, and the level of care and support was exceptional. We truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by everyone at the clinic. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to friends and family looking for excellent dental care. Thank you to the wonderful staff and doctors for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

Lovely, kind people here. My relative hadn't been to the dentist in years, and they were so helpful with the intake process and the exam. They developed an effective and considerate plan for the work that needed to be done. Everyone was patient and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

The dentist I was assigned seemed very inexperienced had to be new, and the treatment was painful. I left with sore, bleeding gums, which made the entire visit very uncomfortable. I believe additional training and supervision would benefit the quality of care provided. I also found the dentist's communication and bedside manner to be lacking. They did not make me or my children feel comfortable or respected during our appointments. I left feeling that I was treated differently. I can't speak to the dentist's intentions, but the interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. If the practice values respectful, patient-centered care, I hope they take feedback like this seriously.

Absolutely love UPS! Always a pain free experience and Dr always ask how him doing during any cleaning, filling or crown. After 40yrs of fearing going to dentist, I am finaly fear free whenever I have to come in.

This place was able to take my insurance after I had called 8 different dental care facilities! The doctor and staff explained everything and answered all my questions. I was very nervous but, felt better after all my questions were answered. I had to get my wisdom teeth extracted along with 2 broken teeth. The doctor made sure the anesthesia was working completely before starting. The procedure was quicker than I expected and wasn't as painful as I expected either. The most painful part was the anesthesia injections but, I really needed to have my teeth removed as there were causing soo much pain,lack of sleep,and making me miserable at times it was interfering with my life. Also this place has payment options if they can't take your insurance so you can still receive care. I'm writing this 2 days after the procedure and surprisingly I'm not in as much pain as I was compared to my worst days with my broken teeth. There is some soreness but, I'd rather be sore in my mouth than feel like I'm being stabbed with a knife in my teeth,ears,jaw,and neck. The soreness pain feels like I've been socked in the jaw at worse or like I've been chewing on gum for a long time at times. Another reason I recommend this place is because I felt listened to and not judged. I'm currently pregnant with my first child but, I also needed to have my teeth worked on. The staff listens to you and all your concerns which is soo helpful and it put my mind at ease. Sorry if this is a long one but, I wanted to write down everything so it will inform and help others if they choose this place. I highly recommend this place as they have been very good to me.
