Comfort Dental - East Tacoma

This review is long overdue, but for good reason. Chris is, without a doubt, the best dentist I’ve ever had. He completely changed my life. The work he did gave me the smile I’ve always dreamed of, and it’s impacted so much more than just my teeth. It’s boosted my confidence, helped my career, and even had a positive impact on my relationships. I had my entire mouth restored with crowns, and I can honestly say it was worth every single penny. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate. Chris is incredibly skilled, honest, supportive, and genuinely down-to-earth. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and the quality of his work. Every day I look in the mirror, I’m still amazed that I finally have the smile I’ve always wanted. It’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I recommend Chris and his team 10 out of 10. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Chris and his team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by such a friendly and welcoming staff that immediately put me at ease. The office itself is spotless, modern, and very well organized, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and seamless from start to finish. Dr. Chris is truly exceptional—he takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions patiently, and makes sure you feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is committed to providing high-quality care. The entire team is attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. What really stood out to me was how smooth and stress-free everything felt. I was very impressed about how knowledgable Dr. Ho was and I have never had a dentist sit down with me for probably a half hour and discuss what was going on with my teeth. ! He put a doable plan together for me and the staff was great as well. I highly recommend Comfort Dental, Dr. Ho and his staff!

After having to leave the dental clinic I was raised at for over 6 decades (my father was a dentist), I found Comfort Dental and boy, am I glad I did. My dentures hadn’t much care for the last several years so I got a reline on my upper and then a new lower. Dr. Chris was my dentist and he was a miracle find. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable but he has the kindest heart. He went above and beyond to get my out-of-pocket portion to a manageable level; really taking a big discount because, he said “Since your father was a professor of dentistry (at the UW), I wanted to pay it forward all the hard work he put into teaching new generations of dentists.” Wow! That kind of generosity blew my mind since I had just met him. I couldn’t ask for a better provider. Thanks Dr. Chris!
