The office is conveniently located. Parking is easy. The reception area is comfortable and inviting. The office staff is friendly and helpful. It was great to see Dr Henneberg again. He has a professional but personable demeanor that puts me at ease. Good visit.

I waited to give my Google review until today after I had to follow up in person. I have been a patient of this office for 22 years and have not been disappointed until my most recent appointment on January 6th. First of all, the office said that my appointment was adjusted by 30 minutes without telling me (they claimed that they called me but a text confirmation on December 26th had the original time and they never did call). When I went in, I declined an x-ray due to pregnancy and asked to move it to my next appointment. My hygienist also forgot to do the oral cancer screening. The front desk said that they would talk with the office manager who works remotely and get back to me. I wanted to transfer it because I paid a hefty fee for the in house savings plan. I did not hear back from the office and called on January 14th. The person I spoke with said that there was not a note in my file to follow up but they said that they would again ask their office manager. I finally drove in today (over a two hour drive for me) and spoke to them in person. There was an email communication that was never forwarded to me and they said that the services were “use it or lose it” with no flexibility for pregnancy or a customer who has been there for 22 years. Long story short, this office has changed a lot since it changed ownership and I do not recommend. I will be changing dental offices permanently and will not be back. Overall, very disappointing.

I recently visited Smile Source North, for a cleaning. When greeted, I was told I had already been checked in- due to the online registraion service they provide. I was called back right away, by Riley, my hygienist. He made sure I was comfortable. Riley was friendly, thorough and confident in his work. I was also seen by Dr. Henneberg, who has cared for my teeth for 20 years now! My family has loved Smile Source North as well as the valley office for the professional, friendly care we receive.

I love the North office. They’re always so cheerful and quick to respond to a call. Our family has had a couple of emergency appts and they have been able to accommodate us, same day, since they have 3 locations. This is a huge plus in our book. Mia was super gentle with my cleaning and it’s always a joy to see Dr. Niblack. He’s very personable and has a kind demeanor. I always recommend Smile Source to anyone looking for a dentist.

The front office staff were very welcoming and helpful! My records had been transferred from my previous dentist and were ready for my appointment. The Dentist was friendly and put me at ease and skilled in his exam. The hygienist was hospitable, careful, thorough and I am pleased to have them as my new dental provider.
