Thank you so much to Dr. Scott and the entire team! I had braces as a kid, but with time, age, and life, things shifted. About 24 years later, I came to Scott Orthodontics for a tune-up, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Scott and his team were professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. They were also very accommodating with my schedule and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Watch out for price gouging. My daughter recently got her braces off and was only given one retainer. You’d think they would provide more than one—especially since we’re talking about kids who are responsible for keeping track of them, and braces already cost a lot. Of course, our dog got a hold of the retainer within the first week. We called to get a replacement, knowing they had just taken a scan and her teeth hadn’t moved. I expected to pay maybe $20–$60, understanding that time and materials cost money. Instead, the cost for a replacement retainer was $120. Keep in mind, they already had her scan on file, and my daughter didn’t even need to go in for an appointment. All they had to do was print another plastic mold. Shame on you for price gouging patients who are at the very end of the orthodontic process.

Geninuenly the nicest, most forgiving orthodontist in town, I had braces with them as a kid, and got a perm retainer, due to an issue with my dentist it had broken. Dr Scott personally told me since it wasn't my fault, they didn't end up charging me at all for any of the new retainers. This paired with the amazing reception at the South Hill location by Shari, It made me genuinly want to stay at the Orthodontist, instead of leaving.

Absolutely wonderful experience, start to finish. Decided to invest in my smile and get Invisalign. I am so amazed by the results. Everyone in this practice is outstanding at what they do. Highly recommended!

We came here to address airway problems with my son that needed some assistance with his tongue tie and tonsil removal. We have had the best experience. The staff is wonderful, the doctor is fantastic and all our needs are being met. Super knowledgeable and helpful. So glad to have gotten the care we needed for this.
