Seattle Braces C.Neil Nicholson DDS

I can’t say enough about Dr. Nicholson and his team. It’s so rare that you meet a doctor and staff that are so invested in their patients! When we decided to go with Dr. Nicholson for our daughter’s braces, and filling out the paperwork, they noticed that I had just celebrated a milestone birthday and sent me two birthday cards! And not a generic office card, these were cards that were purchased and personalized. Over the summer, we lost my husband’s mother. The team was so supportive and kind to my entire family. They sent us cards, again, personalized cards, that mentioned parts of the obituary. We didn’t send it to them, they looked it up. And when they sent the card to the family, they even included my son who isn’t even a patient (yet)! This office runs so smoothly and efficiently, and if you can believe it, they all put us in a great mood when we walk in. Their office is out of the way for us, but we wouldn’t trade orthodontists for the world. I can’t say enough about this office and would recommend them over and over.

Dr nicholsen really cares about the outcome of your teeth. He listens to your needs and delivers the best results. The staff is very down to earth and makes the atmosphere feel like home. I was referred to him and would do the same for the next person.

I wish all dental/ortho facilities ran as smoothly as Dr. Nicholson's. The environment is extremely welcoming, friendly, and relaxed all without losing any part of their professionalism. Dr. Nicholson has shown that he only hires the best through how amazing of a staff that he has. They ALL gave me the confidence to smile again.

Awesome people and excellent service! I haven been working with my braces with Nicholson for about 2 years and all staffs here are super nice. I have never seen any of them impatient to their patients. The atmosphere is chilling and you wouldn't really need to concern much. They will explain each procedure comprehensively! Definitely my first recommendation !

Best place to get braces, I was referred from my dentist years ago to come here and I do not regret coming in her at all. I got the best care here and at the time I was low income so they did their best to get me braces. The staff and everyone there is amazing, not one day was terrible. I used to love getting out of school early to come here to get my wires tighten. One time my wire was all the way to the right and sticking out and they did their best to get me in quickly. I love this place! It was a bittersweet moment when I got my braces off, I know If I were up in a place where I needed to get braces once again this place would be my go to.
