I am very pleased with Quality Dental. Dr. Miller was very thorough and knowledgeable. He is very low pressure, which is a huge plus for me. Crystal, the hygienist, was great also. Actually, the whole team was great! Nice, clean office. I highly recommend.

First I'd like to start out by saying that I'm terrified of the dentist and have avoided them at all cost. Needless to say I have taken care of my teeth the best I can on my own. I have had horrible experiences with other offices and was very reluctant to try again. I spoke with Amy because we crossed paths on other business and struck up a conversation about my fears and confusion about dentists and services. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me understand all the process from dental insurance and care. She literally took a couple hours of her own time as she is a very busy woman to actually help me shop for the best insurances to obtain that fit my personal issues with my dental health. I was so overwhelmed and confused but she kept me calm and broke everything down to me so I could understand EVERYTHING ! It honestly brought me to tears as I left my visit with her. I was embarrassed that I had neglected my health and she made me feel like the most important and understandable person. She set me up to consult with Dr Miller and still I had my fears and reservations as to why this is too much and overwhelming and that there's no way I could afford it all. He made me feel calm and he broke down everything he discovered in my exam literally like I was 5 year old trying to understand Algebra 🤣. They took all my annoying questions and concerns and built a plan that was put into immediate action and worked with my finances and made me feel so confident. First step was deep cleaning and I was still terrified. The process was so incredibly different than I had experienced and I was actually so comfortable during the cleaning I actually fell asleep at one point. They literally made me feel like family ! I recently had to have a crown replaced and Dr Miller did a wonderful job. He was very patient and informative with me. He answered all my questions and reassured me which helped alleviate my anxiety. The new crown exactly matches my other teeth so I’m very pleased. Also the front desk was friendly and helpful.
