Our experience with Dr White and his entire staff has been phenomenal! He’s been patient and kind with my high anxiety kids (and their mom!) and taken the process slowly enough that we’d be comfortable. He answers questions and explains everything very thoroughly. In addition his office works hard to make visits fun for patients with t-shirts, token/rewards for good brushing, and by bringing his dogs in for some love. We could not recommend this practice more highly.

The staff here are all very nice and welcoming, even Brody the dog! They have a fun token system where you can trade tokens for prizes and gift cards, and sometimes they even offer ice cream after your appointment. It was my first time getting braces, and they made the whole experience much easier. They clearly explained where the rubber bands should go and even included a helpful drawing on the packaging. They also provide a care package with things like a new toothbrush, pain relief, wax, and helpful pamphlets for anyone getting braces.

Came here for over two years, all of the staff that worked with me are always professional, kind, and welcoming at every visit. They always prioritised my comfort and explained every procedure to me throughly in a way that I could understand. My teeth look amazing and im very happy with the results.
