Prime Orthodontics Red Mill

I’ve had such a great experience at Prime Orthodontics at Red Mill so far. From the moment you walk in, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire team is patient and takes their time to understand your needs, explaining everything clearly so you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. The office itself feels very modern and uses updated technology, which makes the whole process smoother for the patient. It doesn’t feel like a typical dental office at all, the environment is calm and positive, and everyone always has a smile on their face. Dr. Evan’s is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. Starting Invisalign felt like a big step for me, but she and the team made the process feel easy and stress free. They always make sure all of my questions are answered. I’m really glad I chose Prime Orthodontics and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist who truly cares about their patients.

We come to this location already for routine dental appointments. But we came for Orthodontics after a lot of issues from another location. The office manager was great. He was very understanding and accommodating with my daughter's issues. Fast forward to the appointment that was just supposed to be a rebonding of a bracket that came off from the previous location, that appointment turned into a full appointment where they fixed numerous things that were needing to be done, but for whatever reason hadn't been done yet. Dr. Evans and the rest of the staff were great. My daughter actually left the location with a smile, which has never happened before.

Had a great consult with the team at Red Mill for both of my children, and my oldest was able to get braces that same day. Dr Evans was very friendly & informative, as were the assistants and front desk gentleman. Their bedside manner is top tier, putting everyone at ease. They had us all chatting and laughing our entire visit. They took the time getting to know us personally - so much so that Miss Maddie (the one who put the braces on) even spoke Japanese to us as we were leaving after learning we’d just moved from there. Truly couldn’t have given a higher rating. It was wonderful from start to finish & we look forward to our continued care from their team. **update 2 appts later 1/2026: We still LOVE this ortho team. It’s like going to hang out with friends! They’re professional, and I’ve never doubted their work, but they’re so fun to be around. My kids look forward to each appt :)

Artavia was utterly fantastic. She went above and beyond for my son. She walked him through each step and ensured he was comfortable. She was thorough in explaining how to care for his braces and expander. He has YET to have to use any wax for an uncomfortable feeling due to her quality work. Her ability to be patient and understanding has made this transition flawless. I can’t recommend her enough!

From the moment we walked in and was greeted by a very flamboyant man calling every woman "momma" we knew it was going to be bad. That was very unprofessional to say the least. Also their voicemail is always full so you can never get anyone on the phone. Bedside manor was very cold and distant and the orthodontist was so nonchalant about everything that it didn't inspire confidence. Glad we took our money elsewhere.
