My son has been a patient of Maddox Orthodontics for many years during his braces journey and I can’t say enough how wonderful Dr Maddox and his staff are. Besides the excellent medical care, how we are treated is what stands out. Every staff member is friendly, kind and makes each appointment a pleasant experience. To find great customer service and happy people at a medical office is a rarity these days! I highly recommend Maddox Orthodontics.

Maddux Orthodontics has been such a great experience for our daughter, Ava. From the very first visit, the entire team made her feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient, and they took the time to explain everything in a way Ava could understand, which made the process so much less intimidating for her. The office is clean, upbeat, and well run, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Ava actually looks forward to her appointments, which says a lot. We’re so grateful for the care, professionalism, and positive energy at Maddux Orthodontics and would highly recommend them to any family looking for orthodontic care.

Grace and Dr. Maddux were Super professional, I did not expect to get so much information, planning, and a price all in one visit as well as xrays, and photos. I am super hopeful about having work done by them. Great service.

Dr. Maddux and his team is such an amazing Staff. They make you feel so loved. They always explain every detail of your journey to getting that beautiful smile. Even the front desk medical receptionists are incredible. Big shout out to Dom. She made me laugh on my recent appt. You go girl! Kudos to Dr Maddux and his team :)

My daughter got braces today and everyone at this practice is so friendly and helpful. Especially Dom, who worked on my daughter - thank you for your patience and kindness. Without even mentioning neurodivergence - the staff easily accommodated our questions and support needs . Highly recommend this orthodontic office!
