Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They walked us through the whole process from the very beginning. My son feels comfortable coming to every appointment and looks forward to participating in the fun contests they do. The facilities are always clean and welcoming. Dr. Peluso is so kind to my son and our family. He gives clear direction and is always encouraging. The admin staff is also top notch. I’d recommend them very highly. The only down side for our family is that he’s only in the VA beach location once a week.

Highly recommend! The staff is wonderful. They are incredibly patient and understanding with my son who is on the spectrum. They take the time to explain everything and go above and beyond.

The front desk is amazing… especially Kitty!! She is always smiling and always so helpful. She is the first smile you see when you come in the office! She has so much patience when trying to figure out schedules and appointments!! She answers the phone with a pleasant and happy voice! She is absolutely a pleasure to work with! She is able to answer all the “mom questions “ with confidence!! She sets the tone of the office because she is the first person and last person you deal with when in the office! All doctors need a Kitty to greet their patients!!
