I had an amazing experience here! The level of compassion and care is unmatched! Everyone from Rebecca, Abbie in the front as well as Dr Shahin have been attentive, caring and extremely helpful! Although I didn’t get her name, the Dr’s assistant was just as wonderful. They have addressed all my concerns and have made me feel welcome and comfortable. My visit today with Niloo was extremely positive, she is extremely wonderful to say the least! Talking with her felt like seeing a friend and not just a health care provider! I highly highly recommend her if you need any cleaning, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice! Gentle care indeed 😊

I had a fabulous first experience at gentle care this morning. From the front desk to seeing Dr. Du for an annual cleaning, along with some x-rays from the hygienist, it was a really positive and gentle experience. I really appreciate the conversation and the willingness to understand before and during cleaning. I have very sensitive teeth, so I really appreciated this. I will return!

I visited 3 different dental offices before landing on Gentle Care Dentists & I’m not going anywhere else. These dentists are fantastic! I had some pretty severe oral issues (i.e., extraction, braces, cleanings) & their dentists have been helpful every step of the way. The other dentist offices made appointments seem miserable; these guys make me look forward to them! The receptionists are so sweet and patient, which makes every visit enjoyable. Lastly, the price is very reasonable for those that are wondering. I 100% recommend visiting Gentle Care Dentists - they’re honestly the best!

I had a confirmed appointment at 1:00 PM, drove all the way there in freezing weather, only to arrive and find the office completely closed. No sign, no notice, no explanation. I called multiple times—no answer. After repeated attempts, someone from a different location finally picked up and casually confirmed that this office was closed, despite their hours clearly stating they close at 2:00 PM and despite my appointment being confirmed in writing. This is beyond unprofessional. It shows a total lack of respect for patients’ time, effort, and basic courtesy. If an office can’t manage something as simple as honoring scheduled appointments or notifying patients of closures, they have no business providing healthcare. This was a complete waste of time and energy, and an experience I wouldn’t recommend even to my enemies. Avoid this place at all costs.

Amazing experience the front desk(Ruth) and (Abby) was very polite and very very helpful i came for an extraction doctor Y and Doctor Yekta were GREAT and took great care of me i would definitely recommend :)
