Had a great experience with WOW Orthodontics. I broke my retainer after hours on a Friday and was stressed about having to wait all week, but was able to get me in on Sunday to be scanned for a new retainer. Doc professional, accommodating, and made the whole process easy. I also appreciated that they offered a respectable price for two retainers so I could have a backup just in case it happens again. Great customer service and support when I really needed it!
