I’ve been trying to get a dentist appointment since the beginning of 2025 without any luck. I had nearly given up on seeing a dentist—until a receptionist at my orthopedic physical therapist’s office mentioned she had recently booked a new patient appointment, and I was shocked. I immediately called Sprucewood Dental that same day, and to my surprise, I got an appointment right away! Everyone at Sprucewood was caring, professional, and welcoming. They not only performed a comprehensive new patient assessment but also completed a cleaning during the same visit! The team was amazingly efficient, considerate, communicative, and educational—thoroughly explaining my dental health, best practices, and future outlook, while offering multiple treatment options to choose from. Very professional work and excellent customer service. I like the advanced technology used to perform the work. In 35 years a lot has changed in the industry and the practice uses latest tools. Work was completed in the estimated time provided for the appointment.
