Front staff has not been very friendly in person or on the phone. Not only to me but to other patients I have witnessed interactions with. It’s passive aggressive and rude. Orthodontist and back staff amazing!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Associates. They’re so accommodating. If something happens they’re amazing about fitting you in. They’re caring, kind, professional, and always make you feel like a valued patient. They have many locations so if they can’t fit you into one office they can get you into another one. Again, I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience here!!

Great practice, great doctors (orthodontists), Dr Zach is very professional and great with kids. Staff is friendly. I had the braces done for two of my daughters done at the Essex office and I'm very satisfied with the result.
