I was referred to your facility for my son and my daughter’s braces. The doctor explains everything well and as far as the financing it’s pretty expensive I chose to go with you guys because I was referred by My Nephew and some family members who also have Braces from your facility. The dental assistants and other employees could be a little bit less rude. My daughter went in there and she told my daughter go brush your teeth and we didn’t even know there was a place to brush the children’s teeth after the 6th time going there. Nothing was ever explained to us. Then they were always snobby and irritated. I like to ask questions and know what will be best for my children. Braces are not free and are very Expensive so I expected them to be a little bit more understanding, kind and be sympathetic towards children. I think things should be better explain to the parents and the children from day 1. Also have a little bit more understanding and not be so irritated. This wasn’t the first time it usually is every time we go in there.

I just want to say....WOW!! Y'all are amazing and so attentive. Extremely friendly and VERY thorough with everything. I didn't even have to ask any questions because everything was explained to me. Y'all were excellent in treating my daughter and she was very comfortable. That is extremely important to me. Thank you for the EXCELLENT customer service!!! Looking forward to our next appointment 😁

Great and clean place. Any question I have I get an answer right away. The Doc is nice and explains any question. The staff is nice. Once it came time to talk about finances, they made it work for us (3 with braces). I definitely will recommend it.

Miranda and staff are amazing! 10/10 would recommend this place, the only negative I have are the kiddos that stay porking around in the area. Not sure whose kids they are but it became annoying at one point.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Smile Doctors. I paid nearly $6,000 for my orthodontic treatment, expecting to receive proper and complete care. Unfortunately, that was not what happened. At one point, I needed to have a tooth removed due to a dental issue. Because of this, they chose not to put my braces back on and essentially ended my treatment early. This left me feeling like I paid a large amount of money without receiving the full treatment plan I was promised. During my time there, I was also treated very poorly by staff. There were multiple visits where I left in tears because of how I was spoken to and how little care or gentleness was shown. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional. After I left a review, a doctor contacted me and acknowledged the situation. I was told that I had up to five years to return and would be given Invisalign for one year to make up for the incomplete treatment. Based on that promise, I decided to give them another chance. However, when I recently called to follow up, they confirmed they could see the documentation of that promise in my file—but then told me they would not be honoring it. That was extremely upsetting and felt very dishonest. Overall, this experience has been emotionally draining and financially frustrating. I would strongly caution others before choosing this provider. If this is how adults are treated, it raises serious concerns about how younger patients may be treated as well.
