Always so friendly and helpful. I have six kids that come here and we have always had such an amazing experience. Even when we had trouble with my daughter‘s braces, the office manager was very quick to help to address the problem. Definitely recommend them if you have kids that need dental or ortho work. Amazing atmosphere for children and even if you’re an adult that may have dental Anxiety, the office staff is truly friendly and understanding.

We booked appointments for my family and me. Everyone waited over 30 minutes. When we were finally seen, the visits were rushed. They said they would do the work right away, then sent us away because they “didn’t have time” to finish. We had to come back later that day or another day to complete the same appointment. They still billed insurance even though the service was not completed. They told us what needed to be done, but we had to push for prices and whether insurance would cover it. That was also when we were told to leave and come back. Getting a clear cost was very difficult. There was no transparency. they also did not advise the insurance cost was different (as we got our insurance statements which showed different prices to what was actually quoted) My teeth cleaning was done by the dental assistant, not the dentist. I was not told until afterward. They said they were “busy.” When they quoted braces for my child, they sent a bill with almost no explanation—just a payment-plan option. No one walked us through the treatment or the charges, even after we asked several times in person, by phone, and by email. We also asked them to apply our insurance; which they never did. Weeks later they kept saying someone would call. Four + weeks on, there was still no follow-up. Poor communication, rushed and incomplete care, and billing that did not match what was actually done. I would not recommend this office.

Faith and Brittany and the dental team are amazing. From the moment we walked in until check out it was a professional yet home like feel. Would definitely continue coming back and telling others about this Temple location. My children loved it as did I.

She made everything so easy to understand and took the time to walk me through my treatment plan without making it feel overwhelming. Lu was super friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me figure out the best options. She answered all my questions, explained the financial side clearly, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy navigating dental treatment plans, but Lu made it simple and comfortable. I’m really grateful for her help. And the dentist was great as well — professional, gentle, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, such a positive experience. I’m really glad I chose this office and truly appreciate the whole team!

Dr Petty Ro and Brit were an amazing team. They took great care of my teen while he had his wisdom teeth extracted. His recovery has been smooth thanks to their work
