You never expect to have great customer service in the medical field. But that perception changed for me last week atTexas Orthodontist. I received the best customer service I've ever had in the medical field. They checked me in quickly in a very professional manner. I was immediately taken care of by the new patient coordinator. Dr Hurst was friendly, extremely detail, and very personable while reviewing the condition of my teeth. Then I received a comprehensive explanation of all my options for treatment in complete detail. This was the cleanest and most impressive dental facility I've ever visited. Wow what a positive experience, I highly recommend Dr Hurst and Texas Orthodontics!!!!

The staff is professional and friendly. They send appointment reminders in a timely manner. They explain what to expect at my visit and going forward. They answer any questions i have. They show me my projected progress and current state whenever i ask to see it on the monitor. They always address new by my name and i feel like a valued client.

Texas Orthodontics has been treating me for 9 months and have provided excellent care. They are always on time, I have made 3 same-day appointments to resolve moving wires that were completely expected, and they are always friendly. I would highly recommend them for orthodontic needs!

I'm 3/4 of the way through with my Invisalign treatment. I've been very pleased thus far with the care I've received at Texas Orthodontics. Dr Hurst and the rest of the staff are very kind and attentive. My smile looks amazing already. I highly recommend.
