The wait time is horrible and even getting seen takes so long. The last old two teams were so quick and had you out in less than an hour with doing the right job. Everything seems so unorganized now and so awfully slowwww. It takes about 45 min just to get seen that’s hours when you have a toddler being impatient.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I originally came here when Dr. Gonzales was practicing, but after he retired and sold the office, everything went downhill. Since then, there has been constant turnover, and each orthodontist treated my daughter differently, which only prolonged her treatment. I even expressed my concerns to the manager, who assured me that there would be no more turnover. For a couple of months, things seemed stable, but then I got another call to reschedule my daughter’s appointment—with very limited options. The soonest appointment offered was a month later, meaning she would go two months without treatment. That is completely unacceptable. Scheduling has been a nightmare overall. My daughter’s appointments have been rescheduled multiple times, and when they finally do schedule her, there are very few time slots available. I rarely write negative reviews, but I would not want anyone else to go through this experience. If you don’t want to deal with turnover or constant rescheduling, I highly recommend considering other options.

I am an adult in braces, 50+. This office has gone through a lot of change in 2023, coming out victorious in 2024. I appreciate Dr Amini’s chairside manner in providing insight into my treatment. Jackie is a superstar, being a longtime employee right there all thru the change. Sweet JD at the front desk is nicknamed “Happy,” & it shows. They have recreated a great atmosphere where one already existed…too many happy faces to name, I have appreciated this office very much & they make me feel that they enjoy what they do & want to answer my questions.

I love it here Dr. Kika and her assistants are amazing. Very informative when it comes to my child’s treatment. The office manager Janette and her front staff are super friendly and helpful.

We switched to this Orthodontist and are so satisfied with their work! JD at the front desk is always happy to see us.Dr. Amini and dental assistants are very professional and friendly. My son loves coming here! The office is always clean and smells great!
