Alamo City Orthodontics

We have been coming to Alamo City Orthodontics for a little over a year now and we are very pleased with our daughter’s progress with her teeth. Dr. Kika, Jackie, Amanda and everyone at ACO are wonderful!

I absolutely loved when the practice belonged to Dr. Gonzales. I was extremely saddened when he sold, as I only chose to come here for Dr. Gonzales and his staff. The company’s transition took some time to adjust as far as turnover and the overall customer experience. But things have definitely improved. Scheduling has been flexible and wait times have definitely improved.

3 kids later with braces and never a dual moment. Which means the staff is amazing. Office is clean well organized and very welcoming. So look no further you found the best.

Great staff!! New office is awesome!! Very spacious and comfortable. My son is getting his invisalign today. Looking forward to seeing the results!!

My child had a consultation with their office on June 9, 2025. The staff was friendly and we loved the ortho. Unfortunately, the staff is just about the worst at communication that I’ve ever tried working with. It’s now March 2026 and we never even got to treatment. Initially there were issues with my insurance that they never even bothered to follow up with me about. I only found out cuz our regular dental office notified us. I’d call to ask for follow ups for months and was always told they’re working on it. Every other call was a “we don’t know how you fell through the cracks” from them with a promise that they’d get it moving. Finally last month I said this would be my las attempt and they promised to send me contracts but they never came. I wanted to give them my business because my daughter really liked the orthodontist there but unfortunately the huge disconnect with the staff made it so we had to go elsewhere for my kids braces. 9 months of me making the effort to utilize this business for nothing!
