Fast and efficient ortho appointments! Much appreciated with my tight schedule and so my son doesn’t have to miss a lot of school. Dr Anthony always explains everything and does a thorough evaluation each visit. Very happy with the care we receive at SSCDC.

I’m so very disappointed in the service my family received today. My daughter got her bottom braces today. Much more painful than the top. To be on the safe side I asked for an extra day out from school and the orthodontist section rejected my request. Doctor said she’ll be alright. Well she’s not, both of her sides are a little swollen, she’s sore and in pain. I’m keeping her home anyway

The dentists and most of the staff are nice, but the wait times are often long. One time we waited 3 hours for a simple adjustment. After repeatedly asking how much longer it would be, we were told it would be his turn soon, only to find out later he had been mistakenly checked off as already seen. That experience was very frustrating. I hope scheduling and communication can improve.

My girls (3) have gone to Southside Children's Dental for a loooong time and I am always please with their services! Now, they are patients in the ortho dept and I am pleased, also. The staff is so nice and welcoming. This time, the dental assistant, Carmina, was the BEST! She did her job PERFECT! She was gentle and she knew what she was doing and how to make my girls feel better. Now, my husband and I are patients at the family side and we were able to get in really soon! LOVE it! Highly recommended for the entire family! ❤️
