Cochran Orthodontics

My daughter and I visited Cochran Orthodontics, SE Military Dr. location, for a free consultation today, 07/31/25. Our visit was perfect from start to finish! What does that look like? I’m glad you asked.😊 Abby, at the front desk, greeted us with a smile, checked my daughter in, and ensured us that someone would be with us shortly (we waited just a few minutes). She also offered us beverages and informed us of where the restroom was in case we needed it. Patrice, the Practice Manager, collected my daughter from the front to take x-rays/pictures, while I relaxed in the waiting room. Shortly thereafter, Patrice escorted me to the exam room (thank you to the lovely lady who greeted me on my way) where my daughter was waiting, gave me a bit more information on what to expect, and Dr. Cochran joined us shortly thereafter. After examining my daughter’s mouth further, Dr. Cochran discussed with Patrice (and us, meaning he included my 12-year-old daughter in the conversation regarding her oral health) the plan for achieving a perfect smile. He welcomed my questions and offered responses that didn’t seem contrived at all. We discussed the appropriate and best treatment for addressing my daughter’s dental diagnosis, and Patrice further clarified payment, process, and planning. I feel highly confident that this will be one of the best experiences my daughter has had, based on the welcoming spirit and professionalism of EVERY individual we encountered at Cochran Orthodontics. Thank you, Dr. Cochran and team, for an exceptional first visit, and I am excited to begin my daughter’s dental procedure with you all! I am so glad I found this office!!

Best ortho office a girl could ask for. I decided on braces a little late in life and was a bit skeptical but the staff and Dr. Cochran himself are absolutely amazing. From the ease and courtesy of scheduling with Ellen to the friendly smiles and professionalism of all the girls, I am sooooo happy I chose Dr. Cochran’s office. Dr. Cochran is cool, calm and so informative. You truly feel cared for and like your individual progress and success is important to them! Thank you for making this experience the absolute best and for exceeding all my expectations!

I went to get lingual braces put on and I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and quality care. Ashley was great and Dr. Cochran was very thorough in explaining the process, treatment and expectations. Overall, a great experience and look forward to the end goal with a shiny, straight and bright smile.

I love how everytime me and my daughter walk in we are greated with respect and smiling faces. Both Ashleys are great with my daughter, they talk to her and it puts her at ease when having something done. Best of all they answer any questions my daughter has, they don't seem bothered by it. If an emergency occurs Dr. Devin Cochran will answer you no matter if it the weekend. Overall Awesome team, I highly recommend them
