Thrive Dental and Orthodontics

I went into the visit, in hopes of finding a new dentist but I did not. I found the staff to be cold and impersonal. She called my name is went back to do the first 360 imaging. She never said hello, welcome, or even how was your day. Then she's like well if your earrings come out take them out put your glasses on the counter. Then she took me back into another room or she took more X-rays I don't know if the machine was messing up or if she was missing up but I felt like she took 30 different pictures of my teeth. Then the dentist came in looked at my teeth said this is what's wrong with them the dental hygienist will be in in a minute. Then the dental hygienist came in looked at my teeth said I need a better cleaning and a new plan to come back every 6 months and then she left. Then they came in to gave me my treatment plan then I said am I getting my teeth cleaned today and she goes oh no you have to make another appointment. But when I made the appointment I said can I do it all in one day X-rays and teeth cleaning so now I have to come back and get my teeth cleaned. Would I recommend this place absolutely not. And basically I was the tester for my family so that means my three kids and my husband will not be going there as well. I think if at least one person asked me how I was or how my day has been or anything whatsoever it would have been at least gave it another try but no. The place was very sterile and see you and move on to the next person.

Kristy was amazing! So respectful and kind. She explained everything clearly to me before and while completing my cleaning. King was also very kind! He was very patient with me while taking X-rays and photos of my teeth. My visit went so smooth! It’s rare to find an office like this and the staff is excellent!

Kristy did an amazing job with the deep cleaning. Everything looks spotless and fresh. You can really tell she paid attention to detail. Highly recommend her work.

I’ve been coming to Thrive for a little over a year now, and I love their service. The atmosphere is calming, and the staff are always super friendly. After my second visit, I was so impressed that I switched my kids and my wife over to Thrive as well. Kristy, one of the hygienists, was especially kind, calm, and gentle. I really appreciate her excellent care!

Very nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Kristy is a great hygienist. Emilio was a great assistant as well.
