My daughter initially looked for a Korean-speaking orthodontist since she came from Korea, but choosing this clinic was definitely the best decision we could have made. ​Expert Care: The doctor is incredibly kind and provides clear, detailed explanations. Their expertise is evident, and I feel completely confident in the treatment. ​Wonderful Staff: The reception team is truly amazing—always smiling and incredibly welcoming. The dental hygienists are also fantastic; they constantly check in to ensure there is no discomfort during the procedures. ​Facility & Service: The clinic is modern, clean, and has such a positive atmosphere. What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently they handled unexpected issues that can sometimes arise during orthodontic treatment. ​If anyone asks me for a recommendation for an orthodontist, I will recommend this place without hesitation. With my extensive experience at Chen Orthodontics, I confidently say it is one of the best orthodontic clinics. Dr. Chen has helped my three children and me. Dr Chen and the office staff have been wonderful! They made this process for my son as smooth as possible and the staff were great in getting details of payments worked out between myself and my ex husband. We are beyond satisfied and so excited with my son’s new smile!

Dr. Chen and everyone I interacted with at the clinic were great. Visits were on time and efficient. My questions and concerns were answered promptly and in a kind way. When deciding treatment plans I never felt like they were pushy to spend more time or money. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through and am happy leaving with a straighter smile!
