After a three year journey, I can confidently say choosing Dr. Brenner, Dr. K, and their entire team was one of the best decisions I've made. From day one, I was treated with exceptional customer service and genuine kindness. Every person in the office is welcoming, professional, and truly makes you feel like more than just another patient. What stood out to me most was their patience. They showed me grace even on days when I probably wasn't the easiest patient, always taking the time to listen to every concern I had without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Whenever accommodations made sense, they were incredibly understanding and worked with me to find solutions. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing the best possible care is evident in everything they do. Three years later, I couldn't be happier with the results. My smile looks amazing, and I'm so grateful for the expertise, compassion, and dedication Dr. Brenner, Dr. K, and the entire team showed throughout this process. So far we love this place! It's clean, sweet, friendly, the techs all love to make small talk when my kiddo comes in. My daughter has moved from Houston to Austin and had some "questionable" old fashioned braces that Dr. Brenner decided we would replace, but not costing more money and having them for shorter of a time than they would have before. They sent her home with a huge "stanley" cup and sent her a handwritten welcome card, which really touched her. 🥰

Our experience with ATX has been amazing from the very beginning, almost 2 years ago. We felt like our needs and concerns were heard during our initial consult. We loved that Dr Brenner and Dr Konstantoni took the time to discuss the best way to treat our daughter in the least painful way possible. The office staff is always incredibly friendly. Every staff member that has helped my daughter at any appointment has been incredibly knowledgeable and made her feel special as the patient. Maritza is her absolute favorite. As a Mom, I’ve really appreciated the extra time Dr Brenner spends making sure questions are answered for both my daughter and I. I’m also grateful that he’s taken time to really sit back and have a moment with my daughter helping her see some “silver lining” points in things going on outside of her treatment that stress her out. We went to several orthodontists for consults before we chose ATX, and they have felt like the right choice all along. You just FEEL how much they care when you walk in. I can’t say enough about how thankful we are for how seamless the last 2 years have been, and how excited my daughter is seeing results in her last phase.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure both my son Murphy and I felt comfortable at every step. Murphy is being treated for an underbite, and we’ve already seen noticeable progress. The whole team has been supportive and efficient, and the environment is welcoming. I’m one of the many that do NOT like to go to a dental/orthodontic appointment. I always have so much anxiety! BUT! I Loved my first experience here! Right from the start I felt at ease with how nice the staff was! Up at the front desk Brenda was so helpful and made checking in a breeze, and ensured me getting my braces adjusted there was gonna be a breeze! Thanks guys!
