Such an amazing place to come for last minute retainer replacements. My dog ended up eating mine the other night and I was able to come here immediately and get a replacement. I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! I rarely leave reviews unless I am warning potential patrons to flee. This time, I urge anyone reading this review to give Dr. Pan and her team the opportunity to provide you service beyond your expectations. The facilities are immaculate, the employees are professional yet personable. She is extremely timely and the administrative team is communicative. I needed an emergency retainer and got just that! SAME DAY AT THAT!! The retainer provided was so perfect, I elected to get a backup set from her in case of future issues - damages lost retainer, etc. NOTE: I would advice confirming all pick up times and dates prior to arriving in office to avoid lost time. Run, don’t walk to THOUSAND SMILES ORTHO! You will not be disappointed.

I had a permanent retainer come loose and wasn't sure who to go to, as I do not live near my original orthodontist anymore. The Thousand Smiles staff was friendly and helpful, got me an appointment quickly, and fixed my retainer for a reasonable price. Thank you so much!
