Friendly but not so great with fillings or night guards. Left to San Antonio to get a filling fixed and u bought a night guard on amazon for $23 and it fits better

Very professional and all the people were kind. Doctor explained everything in detail the options I could go with to help with my issues.

After going to progreso for dental work for so long, I was able to get insurance through my job. I did my research for dentists here in the valley and came across Dr.Smith. Reading nothing but good reviews so I decided to go with this one too. Best experience ever!! Not to mention cheaper too!! I paid $170 for 2 extractions VS in Mexico, but mostly covered by my insurance of course. Dr. England and his staff took good care of me and talking to me through out the whole procedure asking me if I’m doing ok. Told me what to expect as far as pressure and hearing cracking sounds. Absolutely no pain whatsoever. I’m so glad I chose him as my dentist. They have a new happy client 😊.

I've been a patient here for over 15 years and the staff and Dr.'s are always amazing!!! They take such great care of my family! My mom is also a patient and has dementia and they are wonderful with her!

This experience is not mine but my friends. He has broken his upper plate and came to Smith Dental for a replacement. He had had the plate about a month and the new plate cracked. He came in to have them looked at and had to have another new plate made. Each time, of course, it’s the “labs” fault that it takes so long. He would call the office to check on them, the office staff didn’t know anything, would say they would call him back, but they didn’t for 3 days. Finally. We came in person to the office, got the same run around. He is a winter Texan and they know he will be leaving and supposedly getting the dentures the day before he flies home is not acceptable. Also, when he came in with the new cracked plate they didn’t even offer to try and do a temporary fix on them. Just sent him out with a little tube of fixative which didn’t work. I have seen poor customer service but this takes the cake. I feel that they were snd are just taking extreme advantage of an elderly man. So, watch yours Winter Texans. Find another dental office besides Smith Dental to go to.
