Sperry, Tivis, & Wentz Family Orthodontics - Lubbock 84th

Today was my first experience with an orthodontist office and it was amazing. The Staff were very friendly and Kathy was super helpful in explaining how everything works. After the consultation they were even able to get my son his braces same day!

Bro imma have to not wear my retainer for a bit so I can come see these people again. JKKK I won’t do that but I’m so sad today was my last appointment I love this office. Everyone is so sweet and personable. One thing I love about this office is they remember every patient by name. Dr.Tivis and the staff always remembers my name and things about me. They always ask how work is going, how my wedding was, etc. They just make it very apparent you are a member of their family at that office not a just patient who is paying them. That is such a hard thing to find nowadays. And I dead fr teared up leaving their office today I just love how awesome everyone truly is. I’ll end this review saying Dr.Tivis is the goat of orthodontists and he always got great shoe game!

We LOVE Dr. Tivis!! Amazing with kids, knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does! The staff is so friendly and welcoming too! Don’t look any further - He’s the best of the best for all your orthodontist needs!

My first visit was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and respectful. The front desk staff made check-in pleasant, the dental assistant was kind, attentive, and took the time to make me feel comfortable, and the orthodontist was patient, and explained everything clearly. The overall atmosphere was warm and friendly. I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service and look forward to continuing my treatment with this office!

We love this place. First of all, it is comfortable. The office feels so classy and the ambiance is really nice. You don't even feel like you are in a doctor's office. The doctors, nurses, and staff are incredible. So nice and they are all trying to do what is absolutely best for their patients. We highly recommend this establishment for many reasons, but progress is probably the most obvious reason. The pricing is below other places that we have gone so we have been very satisfied with any and all services we have gotten here!
