Sperry, Tivis, & Wentz Family Orthodontics - Lubbock 84th

We love this place. First of all, it is comfortable. The office feels so classy and the ambiance is really nice. You don't even feel like you are in a doctor's office. The doctors, nurses, and staff are incredible. So nice and they are all trying to do what is absolutely best for their patients. We highly recommend this establishment for many reasons, but progress is probably the most obvious reason. The pricing is below other places that we have gone so we have been very satisfied with any and all services we have gotten here!

Dr. Tivis and his staff are amazing! I had a great experience from my first consultation to the completion of my treatment, everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive. They took the time to explain each step of the process and answer all of my questions. The office was always clean and welcoming, and appointments were well organized with minimal wait times. I'm very happy with my results, and my smile looks better than I ever expected. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.

Today, I went for a free consultation and the staff was very friendly and nice when I arrived for my appointment. I didn’t think I was going to be walking out the same day with the starting treatment for Invisalign. I want to give the biggest thanks to Kathy, she is the nicest, most caring person I have ever met and Dr. Oman I have to give thanks to her because she is the sweetest person and does a really good job explaining everything. Thank you Wentz Family Orthodontics for this experience and I can’t wait to start treatment soon. I definitely recommend coming to Wentz Family Orthodontics annd ask for Kathy she runs the show!!! and I hope she sees this review and laughs because it’s a little joke she told me. My first visit was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and respectful. The front desk staff made check-in pleasant, the dental assistant was kind, attentive, and took the time to make me feel comfortable, and the orthodontist was patient, and explained everything clearly. The overall atmosphere was warm and friendly. I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service and look forward to continuing my treatment with this office!

My husband and I were looking for a place to get our son braces. We got consultations from a few different places and we chose Wentz for a single reason ~ the customer care. From the first phone call with Neisha (sorry if its misspelled) we felt like we were cared for. After that first call, I felt like I had made a new friend. Then we got a call the day before our appointment from Courtney who was just the sweetest and she ended up seeing our son for the consultation. Courtney and Dr. Tivis both treated me and my son with the utmost respect and care. The thing I love the most is they talked to my 13 year old like he was a real person, not just a child and included him in the conversation. My son actually engaged in that conversation and that says a lot to me. Everyone else we had any interaction with was so kind and sweet. They even offered my kiddo ice cream before we left. We are excited to start our care with the team at Wentz. Thank you Neisha, Courtney and Dr. Tivis for your care.
