New patient here. This is a top notch dental practice, one of the best I've ever been to. Dr. Lewis is a skilled dentist with excellent chairside manners. Nothing seems to fluster him, he is cool, collected, and always happy. Super nice guy, strong attention to detail, and very talented. He maintains an excellent professional working relationship with his dental assistants. You can tell he trusts the assistants, depends on them, and respects them. Special shout-out to dental assistant Taylor who was an absolute delight to be a patient of. She is highly trained, knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and considerate. Taylor really impressed me with her skills, friendliness, and how considerate she is. She too has an excellent professional working relationship with the other dental assistants with a strong sense of mutual respect and collegiately. What a great group of professionals. I had an extremely positive experience with a brand new crown!

You do great work, but would have been nice to know that you switched my dr on me that was my preferred and the only dr and there under my insurance. OH AND that he was leaving and you werent willing/able to schedule him. I also had to find out from the insurance company that dr. Grimes was out of network, so obviously a additional fee and soon to be procedures were going more bc of that. Its about how the other brother of grimes charged me over a decade ago 299$ for a extraction when anything over 300$ could be on a payment plan. Fool me twice shame on me...almost twice.

Five stars all around for Dr. Misko, Ali, and everyone else I’ve met at Grimes Dentistry. They did excellent work to give me multiple new bridges and new fillings for my teeth. I recommend this dental office with no hesitation. Give them a chance!

I went to Grimes Dentistry for an evaluation and xrays. Top rated service by Dr Grimes and his staff. Very professional and knowledgable. My case is complicated glad i went. The interior design is fabulous ! A showcase all the way around ! Not a spec of dirt anywhere! Should be in the Show of Homes for this is how we roll ! Thank you Dr Grimes !

I used to really like Grimes Dentistry and even left them a glowing review, but sadly, that’s changed. We’ve had several times now where they gave us appointment dates, but when we showed up, they said we weren’t in the system. It’s happened with both me and my kids, and honestly, it’s incredibly frustrating. It feels like our time just isn’t respected. On top of that, they’re very expensive. They quoted almost $600 just to pull my daughter’s tooth—she ended up getting it done elsewhere for under $100. Meanwhile, my spouse had two cavities filled there for about the same cost. The pricing just doesn’t add up, and what makes it worse is the lack of clear communication about costs before procedures. I’ve had similar work done in the past for much less at this same office! If their customer service and transparency matched their pricing, I’d feel a lot better about it. But right now, it’s just disappointing.
