We just finished our daughter’s braces journey today, and we could not be more grateful for this entire team. From the very first consultation to the day her braces came off, every staff member has been kind, patient, and incredibly professional. They always made her feel comfortable and explained everything in a way that helped ease any nerves. The office runs smoothly, appointments were efficient, and the atmosphere is welcoming and positive. Seeing her smile today was such a special moment for our family, and we truly appreciate the care and attention they gave her throughout the process. Blue Sky orthodontics will forever have our business! We have worked with other orthodontists in town and none of them compare to the kindness, skillful competency, and amazing office culture that Blue Sky provides. And doc, we love you! Thank you for always making us feel special and important to your team. Everyone truly acts like they love their jobs! The office culture is outstanding. Most importantly, I am grateful for the willingness of the billing staff to work with us financially. Unfortunately, we started treatment for one of my daughters with another orthodontist prior to finding Blue Sky. We were growing very unhappy with my daughter’s care, so we followed the recommendation of our friends, and placed our other children with Blue Sky. We were shocked at the affordability and upgrade in care we received from Blue Sky compared to the other orthodontist. This year, we suffered a severe financial hardship and this other orthodontist team would not return my phone calls or do anything to help us. When we were unable to pay our bill, is when I finally got a phone call and was told, “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do. We will remove all hardware and ask that you not return to our office until your outstanding balance is paid in full.” However, Blue Sky’s office response was, “I am so sorry you are experiencing this difficult situation. We are here to support you in any way we can.” They offered solutions to meet our needs. I was in tears by the end of the phone call because of the kindness and respect we were given. Thank you to everyone! I cannot wait to transfer our other daughter and begin her treatment with you all. My children love going to their appointments at Blue Sky instead of the dread and tears that the other orthodontist caused my daughter. I cannot recommend Blue Sky orthodontics enough!

This facility is amazing. The staff is great, helpful, and always available to their clients. My daughter loves coming to her appointments each time as the game room is always fun, and the staff makes each visit special! They are informative with the entire process. So impressed with Blue Sky Orthodontics and as a parent this facility is definitely a place I would recommend for all!
