House of Smiles

I saw the excellent reviews so I gave them a try and brought both my kids and so far they have been great from the doctor to medical assistants and front desk. They're very good with their treatment plan and communication about appointments.

Today was my first visit at and it was absolutely wonderful! All the staff was super nice and very helpful. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my children with me as well. They accept all ages, which is Great! Thank you so much House of Smiles for the excellent Services and Great Vibes! New patients, appts 130 and 230 for my sons. My oldest 17 got called back early like 115 and was back out by 2ish. I stayed in waiting room with My youngest. (I thought we would be called back due in his appt time) No one ever talked with me about my oldest son’s appt to say how he was. At 215 I was told they would be pulling Austin back soon. At 238 I went up to the desk and said hey it’s 10 passed my sons appt. She said they were behind, I asked how much longer. She went back and came and said she had a chair for him that she got him into(apparently to keep me quiet) cuz this isn’t where he was ended up having his cleaning but at least they got us back there and his X-rays done. They came and moved us to a different area, and then the hygenist came in, who was very kind. Cleaning was done and saw the dentist and made appts for my younger son…. Then my sons and I leave and my oldest son tells me how the reception”Crystal” was talking crap about me and how they wanted to tell me “it’s only been 8 minutes” Called and cancelled my appts immediately. Unprofessional to say the least. The dentist was nice. Irrelevant if I’m going to have to deal with ugly demeaning staff. The worst part of this, I told them when I made the appts that I am struggling to find a good dentist office and trying to find a good office in the area.

Broke a tooth and needed to get an implant as fast as possible. House of smiles came through! The staff is great! Being in a dentist office is pretty stressful but everyone there was phenomenal. From Andy at the desk to H the office manager. The work I had done was top notch and everything turned out better than I expected.The dentist herself was very knowledgeable and precise with her work. I am so happy with my experience at house of smiles. Lavelle (I hope I spelled the right) is the best dental assistant hands down.
