Texas Orthodontic Specialists Kirby - Orthodontist in Houston TX

Both my kids go to Texas Orthodontics and we are thrilled that they are our dentist and orthodontist. The staff is warm and friendly, the environment is full of light and most important of all, both Doctors Marian McCarty and Stephen Chen are amazing at their craft. Kind, friendly and incredibly professional. If you live in this area, I would highly recommend them for you kids. Proud to call them our dentists and orthodontist and thrilled that they take care of my two kids. Thank you both for giving my kids beautiful smiles!

All 3 of my daughters went through here for braces. They did a great job and we will actually miss our visits. The staff is wonderful. My only complaint is that they stopped taking our dental insurance (delta dental). We will miss them for their dental and orthodontic services.

I do not recommend Texas Orthodontic Specialists. Although three orthodontists are listed, Dr. Chen is almost always the only doctor at the Kirby location. In my experience, Dr. Chen felt very transactional and did not care to take patient concerns seriously. Unfortunately, I now have to spend additional money to correct mistakes made during my treatment. I will say that their scheduling staff (over the phone, not the front desk) and Dr. McCarty were wonderful to work with. However, my overall experience was disappointing, and I strongly suggest seeking care from a different orthodontist.

The staff and doctors are amazing! My son is autistic and they had no issues at all with his quirks. They explained everything really well and made my son very comfortable and even excited about braces. It went better than I could have ever expected. Thank you!

We love coming here a few friends recommend us Dr. McCarty and Dr. Chen. We had an unpleasant experience somewhere else unfortunately, but when my son started his treatment more than a year ago we couldn’t ask for a better place for both of my kids. We are very happy with Texas Orthodontic, thank you to all their wonderful staff too!
