G Orthodontics has been such a great experience for me! I decided to wear braces for the first time as an adult (30 yo) and I was anxious. A friend who used to be a dentist herself recommended G Orthodontics to me. Since the beginning, now a little over a year ago, the whole staff has been amazing! They are kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Every person greets you with a smile, the always are willing to work with you. My schedule is really changing and demanding, and they are always very understanding. The technicians are so amazing and I can tell they are so good at what they do! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to improve their smile! I really put trust in Dr Yesenia and her team, and I have seen tremendous results already! My daughter has been a patient since 2022 and every encounter from the front desk, the ortho assistant, and Dr. Garcia have all been excellent. Never had any issues with lengthy appointment times and they are very flexible with rescheduling. I would definitely recommend!

I have been a patient for almost two years and I have NEVER had a bad experience at either office. The ENTIRE staff is AWESOME! (Scheduling, Front desk, Techs & Dr G) I work at a surgery center so I often have to move my appointments around and the staff is so accommodating and they are all always so pleasant whether on the phone or in person! I LOVE MY ORTHODONTIST TEAM

Had a consultation scheduled to meet with Dr. Garcia, however the person beginning my appointment (Laura?) did not let me meet with the doctor to discuss which devices the office has available for patients. They cited delaying x-rays as the reason, but I let them know I could have my x-rays sent over and they are also not necessary to discuss what technologies the office itself has available. The person attending my appointment was very condescending and passive aggressive the entire appointment. She also kept me there for almost an hour, not answering my only yes/no question and repeating her sales pitch. Be very wary of an office that occludes information instead of working with patients. There are plenty of wonderful cooperative offices in the area, including Mia Orthodontics and Lemke Orthodontics. Fortunately, the front desk staff were friendly both in person and over the phone. The reason for delaying x-rays was minimizing x-ray exposure unless necessary, and I did let the person know I had extensive x-rays taken the week before. Edit: Once again, I let them know I could send over the x-rays to proceed with their “standard of care”. I had not continued with the other wonderful offices I mentioned above because they were able to easily and transparently let me know what devices & treatments they did or didn’t have available. The disrespectful experience today was unbelievably disappointing. There are plenty of professional offices that are happy to encourage informed patients, and to be honest about the work they do. Update 11/19: As can be seen above, I did not receive ANY services. Somehow, Dr. Garcia tried to bill my insurance for imaging, tests, 3 x-rays, and an oral exam! Please beware!
