I received my aligners on September 1st. The team were incredibly patient and welcoming. They eased my nerves as SOON as I stepped in the building. Very excited to begin this journey with them!

While the front desk staff was very nice, overall, my experience was lackluster. 1. Long wait times: At each visit, I was seen by the dentist approximately 30–40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. 2. More focus on products than treatment: I came in because my permanent retainer had come off after several years of wear. While the dentist was extremely friendly, I felt there was more emphasis on selling products than on making sure my new retainer was properly placed and fitted. 3. Issues with the retainer placement: After the retainer was placed, I had to return because the back of my teeth felt extremely rough and needed additional polishing. Unfortunately, the additional polishing did not fully resolve the texture issue. Ultimately, I decided to see another orthodontist for treatment. The staff here is certainly nice and friendly, but when it comes to dental procedures, good customer service needs to be accompanied by quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

I had a wonderful experience with this orthodontist! The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer all questions, and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The office is clean, welcoming, and well organized, and the staff is always attentive and helpful.

I’m six months into my aligner treatment, and my experience so far has been amazing. The entire team is thoughtful, friendly, and supportive at every visit, making each appointment a positive experience. The office is always spotless, and the orthodontist is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering orthodontic treatment!
