I had a really great experience at Jefferson Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was kind, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The front desk staff was helpful and organized, and the dental team was very attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how friendly and caring everyone was, and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The office was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice when the staff genuinely makes you feel taken care of. I would definitely recommend Jefferson Dental to anyone looking for a dental office with great service and a friendly team. I’m very happy with my experience!

My experience at Jefferson Dental and orthodontist was awesome! The entire team was very friendly,caring, and very professional. Each staff member was precised with their explanation of what was going to happen, they clearly communicated the process from start to finish, and was very concerned about any questions I may have had. They're personalities were very pleasant and polite and even showed a little humor. A big thanks to Dr.Handa, Monica and Brenda, Jasmine and Luis They truly are a great team!! Excellent work!!

Briseyda did great at attending me with xrays . Dr Honda was nice and made it easy for me to understand my dental plan . Front was very kind as well . Will definitely come back , thanks you !

The staff is very friendly and explain everything very well. The dentist was very nice and talked me through my extraction and was patient with me. The techs are amazing, always listening and helpful, calmed my anxiety wonderfully!

I'm a very upfront, put all cards on the table individual. I called to make an appointment and told the person on the phone that my dental insurance app had this place as in-network and a particular individual at this location (who is in-network) is accepting new clients. This was for my daughter. I also told them that her mom took my daughter to a different place more than an hour away (out of network) for cleaning and check for cavities, of which they said she had no cavities. The appointment was for braces and a consultation about braces and nothing else. They said; great and booked appointment. I did the insurance paperwork online and yet got a call a week later about insurance and was asking for insurance info. I told them I already did it and they were surprised. Red flag there. I reiterated my original call and only for braces consultation. They okd. Day of appointment comes and I proactively called the corporate number to let know and make sure we are on the same page. She didn't have much info and said it should be on file my reason for being there. Went to appointment and people had no clue other than appointment. I told them how I made numerous calls and attempts to avoid any issues and told them that my daughter was already seen, got teeth cleaning a week and a half ago (at different) location and no cavities and told them that this should all be on file. Only reason for appointment is braces consultation. She okd and then 25 minutes later called to go to the front and was told to sign to ok for teeth cleaning for 150.00 I told them now upset that I had made it more than clear during initial appointment,,when spoke to another who was asking about insurance that I already provided info online and reason for appointment (both clueless) 3rd person I spoke today (also clueless) of the whoe reason and nature of appointment and this was EXACTLY what I tried so hard to avoid, is what happened. No one talks nor communicates to each other. I told them to just cancel the whole thing, take me off their files and to sign a written document that my daughter was not seen at all today due to fear and distrust of them charging me for my waste of time with them. The manager said that they won't and literally said to 'trust' him. Absolutely NOT! They did concede to write a slip of no service rendered and I left disgusted. What I was asking and actively avoiding was exactly what happened. Avoid this place as there is zero accountability nor communication within their own organization.
