I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency at this clinic. I was aware that my child would be getting only a bitewing X-ray, and I agreed to that. However, they went ahead and performed additional preventive-care X-rays without informing me that these extra images would cost significantly more. Afterward, they told me, “We already told you we were doing X-rays, so there should be no problem.” This is not acceptable. Saying “X-rays” in general does not give parents a clear understanding of what types of X-rays will be done or how much they will cost. If a procedure is billable and more expensive, the clinic must explain exactly what they plan to do and the cost before doing it. This did not happen, and now I am stuck with unexpected charges. Parents deserve honest communication and upfront pricing. This experience has really damaged my trust in this clinic.

This is our first experience with dentist for our littles. The front ladies, both are very nice to let us make appointment on the time (yes. We are lucky!). The office is really nice and clean. They look pretty busy too. Then go to the process with Dr. Ahmed. He explained all of our (first parents experience) questions and patiently make it details for us and all of our options for next actions. We will comeback! Thank you

We have been using Dr Warcup and his staff at North Texas Smiles for 10 years. We absolutely love every single one of them and enjoy every visit! They’ve seen 2 of my kids through braces with phenomenal end results and my 3rd is about to get his on! We drive 45min to get here because we love them so much!

The staff and Dr. Warcup were very informative for my little guy’s tongue and lip tie revisions. I especially appreciated the fact that he was given numbing injections as some places just do topical and others nothing at all…subscribing to the old school belief that babies do not feel pain! My baby was comfortable during his procedure and that comforted my mama heart greatly! Thanks for all y’all do! See you at his one week follow up.

Dr. Warcup is by far the best dentist! We had a traumatic experience with my oldest when he was 2 years old. He made sure he was comfortable and every visit after that they take special time for him to get warmed up. Then today we took our one year old for his Lip tie fix and it was a breeze! Very fast and he handled him so well!! Thank you Dr Warcup and staff!
