I called Dr. Warcup’s office and spoke with Nat, and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, like we’d known each other for years. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient throughout the whole conversation. Thank you so much, Nat, for such great customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience with this office regarding my 8-year-old daughter’s dental care. During her first cavity filling, after being numbed, she could still feel the entire procedure and became extremely upset and had a panic attack. The dentist showed little compassion or support during a very traumatic moment for a child. A couple of months later, we returned for her cleaning and were told she needed another filling on the exact same tooth. When we came back for that procedure, my daughter was understandably anxious because of her previous experience. Instead of showing patience and reassurance, the dentist became visibly impatient, stated he had other patients, got up, walked out, and said he “can’t do this.” My daughter was left crying and even asked if the dentist was mad at her. No child should ever be made to feel that way—especially in a pediatric dental office where compassion, patience, and understanding should be the standard. This office completely failed to provide the care and support a child needs during a stressful procedure. I would not recommend this practice to families with children who need gentle, patient dental care.

Dr. Warcup and the staff are incredible. They genuinely care about our kids and have been committed to finding the best and specific solutions for our kids. We have been so happy with our experience.

The staff and Dr. Warcup were very informative for my little guy’s tongue and lip tie revisions. I especially appreciated the fact that he was given numbing injections as some places just do topical and others nothing at all…subscribing to the old school belief that babies do not feel pain! My baby was comfortable during his procedure and that comforted my mama heart greatly! Thanks for all y’all do! See you at his one week follow up.

My older son goes to this dentist for ortho, but after the experience we had today with my 7 year old getting 6 baby teeth extracted and not feeling a single thing.. we will be coming to the regular dentist at this location too. This whole office is amazing.
