We were treated so welcome since we walked in. Time wait was almost nothing. Gracie was so nice and very welcoming. Thank you so much for your patience Gracie. She answered all my questions and explained so well. I will definitely come back.

We absolutely love this place! Staff is always friendly, and super quick. Dominique made out appointment fast, and explained everything to us and made sure we were stocked on supplies. Love that the office is always clean, and the cookies at checkout.

Really happy with how my braces turned out. Appointments were easy, everything was explained clearly, and the results were totally worth it. My teeth look so much better now, and I’d recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic care. Dominique was great.

We had an appointment today and the front office staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. They treat customers as if we are a bother. Like this isn’t the job they chose? The lady at the first desk next to the Care Credit sign on the ledge, is very unprofessional, using curse words and talking about how annoying her day was at UTEP today. Ignoring patients, we had been there for over 30 minutes waiting, but we were over 30 minutes early to the appointment incase there was paperwork. This lady is very immature for someone working in a professional setting, the whole waiting room could hear her. It was embarrassing. After this consultation we will be going elsewhere, I do not have the tolerance to put up with grown adults behavior for the duration of my child’s time with braces.

Went in to get my daughter's permanent retainer removed. The staff were very nice and explained concerns and issues occurring with her teeth very well. They were patient and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend.
