I had an excellent experience at Hansen Orthodontics & Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. The office is clean, organized, and has a great atmosphere. I really appreciate the level of care and attention they put into making sure I’m happy with my treatment and progress, in only 9 months and I can’t believe my smile!! it’s impeccable 😱😱 You can tell the team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. I had my first visit with Hansen orthodontics today and I had the best experience. The entire staff was so sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Hansen explained everything so well and it’s evident he truly cares about his patients and is really skilled and knowledgeable. I also went in as a self pay patient and their prices are also incredible for everything they are able to do in house. I can’t recommend this office enough!

The orthodontist was extremely professional, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and made sure all of our questions were answered. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients were evident throughout the entire visit. We left feeling informed, confident, and excited about the treatment plan. Dr. Hansen is INCREDIBLE. I was so nervous about getting braces as an adult but he made the whole process so easy and exciting. The office is gorgeous, the team is so sweet, and Dr. Hansen genuinely cares about getting you the best results. I am OBSESSED with my smile. If you're on the fence — just go. I have been a patient at this practice since May. Initially, the experience was great. The staff was professional and the communication was clear. However, since August, there has been a nonstop decline in the quality of care and basic professional courtesy. In August, I had a very distressing experience where a Dental Assistant (DA) took an excessive amount of time on a procedure. The length of the process caused me to become physically anxious and "shaky" in the chair. Instead of offering reassurance or explaining the delay, the assistant simply stopped, got up, and walked away without saying a single word to me, handing the work off to someone else. It was an incredibly unprofessional abandonment of a patient. This lack of communication culminated at my appointment today. The dentist began "shaping" and shaving my natural teeth without any prior discussion. He never explained the benefits, asked for my opinion, or informed me why he felt this was necessary before starting what is a permanent alteration. My tooth anatomy is not small, but it’s also not on the larger side where I would ever think shaving them down was the best move. To follow that, the assistant placed a band on my teeth without asking for my color preference, later stating she just chose what she thought was "best" in her opinion. I am not against following professional recommendations, but that isn't what is happening here. This practice has stopped making recommendations and has started doing whatever they please without informing the patient or obtaining consent. They have completely lost touch with patient communication. If you value having a say in your own dental treatment, I would look elsewhere.
