Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Gross orthodontic! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the clean, well-organized the office - everything is spotless and modern. The evaluation for my daughter was exceptionally thorough and clear. Dr. Gross took the time to explain every detail of the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand, and we didn’t feel rushed. All of our questions were answered with patience and expertise. What also sets this practice apart is the staff - they are incredibly friendly and helpful! Everyone we encountered, from the front desk to the dental staff, make us feel welcome and valued. They clearly care about their patients and ensure a positive experience. We're are grateful to have found a wonderful orthodontic team and highly recommend!

My daughter had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gross. She completed phase one of her treatment and was always comfortable and happy during her visits. Dr. Gross and her staff explain everything clearly and always took the time to answer our questions. The staff is friendly, scheduling is flexible, and appointments are very efficient with little to no wait. We’re so grateful for the kind, professional team and are looking forward to returning for phase two! Highly recommend!

Dr Gross is a Wonderful doctor , takes time to explain procedures and necessity of intervention. The whole office staff is extremely pleasant . Their Westside location is very clean , airy and modern. They accommodate appointment changes and last minute checks for broken brace wire and stuff as such. Highly recommended.

I just finished Invisalign treatment at this ortho and I am extremely happy with the results! Dr Gross and her staff are all very friendly. They worked with me while I was away at college and it was never an inconvenience when I had to schedule or rearrange an appointment. Once the treatment was about done Dr Gross made sure I was happy with the results and even quickly fixed some filling and polished a couple teeth so everything was perfectly straight. I’m so happy I decided to give this ortho a try. They also play great music!!

Dr. Gross and her staff have been wonderful to my family! My kids Camila and Esteban are both currently under treatment, and I know they are getting the best care. Dr. Gross is super detail-oriented, she is a true perfectionist in the best possible way, I completely trust her! She doesn’t just straighten teeth, she makes sure their bite and overall function are exactly right so the results will last. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing things the right way, not the fast way. Her staff is also very friendly, all the girls are always so nice! I highly recommend this office to any family looking for ortho treatment!
