Elevation Orthodontics Nashville

I just completed my treatment with Elevation orthodontics for lingual braces (also known as inSmile/inBrace) and I could not be more thrilled with the results and my experience overall!! From the start, the entire team was wonderful to work with. Initially, I got laid off from my job not even three days after putting down the deposit to start treatment. They were so understanding and accommodating, they let me pause on payments and delay starting until 6+ months later once I was finally employed again. The lovely ladies at the front desk were so helpful when it came to billing questions and correspondence with my insurance, they handled everything and submitted the forms on my behalf to make sure I was getting the most covered possible, even when my insurance changed multiple times throughout my treatment. Ashley deserves a special shoutout—she was so incredible every single time I came in for installation and wire changes. She made what would typically be an uncomfortable experience so fun and easy. She is such a joy to be around and incredible at what she does!! Dr. Brice is also fantastic. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very straightforward when walking me through my options. It took awhile for me to decide exactly what I wanted to do for treatment, and I never felt rushed or pressured. He and the team were incredibly patient and helpful explaining all of the options and making sure I felt confident in my decision. I'm so happy with the results, looking at the before and after photos makes me wish I did this years ago. I'm so grateful to the team at Elevation Orthodontics, if you're considering orthodontic treatment, I would highly recommend them!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone was incredibly kind, and Dr. Brice was patient and attentive, allowing me to be as particular as I wanted to make sure my teeth looked absolutely perfect. Everything from start to finish at Elevation has been the best. Dr. Brice and his team are so friendly and knowledgeable. When I moved they were flexible with my scheduling and helped me work out everything so easily with my work schedule.

I've had a great experience with Elevation so far. My treatment plan feels hyper-personalized after some less than ideal results with other orthodontics. I appreciate the warmth from the team here, too. It's very welcoming.
