Loved my experience and results from Dr. Hicks and his amazing office staff. It is always a pleasure to see Mariah each visit, she’s careful and patient. The office is always clean and inviting. The staff are great about getting you in as soon as possible! We will be bringing our children back for their orthodontic care from this fabulous team. Definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the consult managers to Dr Hicks to the staff like Tabitha they make each visit so easy on our 7 year old. He was nervous about this process and has soared through it so far. I would recommend this place ten times over!

I have had good experiences with the doctors and people in the back. But the people at the frontdesk at check in. I have noticed when people of color come in they don’t speak but when people that are white come in they all speak. I thought maybe I’m tripping. But it’s been four occasions like this and even one this morning. It’s actually sad how racism shows in healthcare.
