I had an amazing experience at this dentistry office from the moment I walked through the door. The receptionist greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel welcome. My hygienist, Hannah, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and cared for, especially knowing that I was extremely nervous because I have had trigeminal neuralgia surgery and dental offices usually make me uncomfortable. Hannah was patient and gentle the entire time. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ashley and Dr. Bradshaw, and they were both extremely personable, kind, and professional. The entire team created such a welcoming and reassuring environment. I am truly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional dental team.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bradshaw’s for a few years now and have recently finished up a series of extensive work. There are many reasons for my choosing and continuing to be a patient at Heritage Family Dentistry. Their modern technology paired with Dr. Bradshaw’s skillful precision has enabled me to have a healthy smile and be the beneficiary of precise and exact fittings. All of my crowns feel comfortable and are indistinguishable from my God-given teeth. I’ve had so many crowns that my smile is now radiant white. I can’t help but smile! From now on, my children will remember me as a mother who had a big open smile. I won’t be hiding my smile in pictures anymore. My retainers fit perfectly and are very comfortable and haven’t caused any ulcers from rubbing. We signed up for their subscription service and it is wonderful for several reasons: 1) it keeps us all accountable to go and 2) spreads out the cost over the course of the year verses all at once. Even when they no longer took our insurance, we still wanted to remain at HFD because of the quality of care and atmosphere. We trust Dr. Bradshaw’s quality of what he wants to provide and not just what the insurance company wants to pay for something. We are just a number to our insurance but we are cared for by the people at Heritage Family Dentistry. I have really appreciated knowing the cost of and the exact procedure of what was being done. There has never been any confusion with what I’ve needed or what the cost would be. I appreciate the time, attention to detail, and personal care my family and I consistently receive from Dr. Bradshaw and Dr. Ashley, and all their staff. Faith and Jennifer are so pleasant and kind when you walk in taking time to greet everyone. Faith kindly helped me walk through the subscription and helped with insurance paperwork. Bre and Hannah were so kind and patient and encouraging with my children. All my children want to go back over and over. Taylor has been an amazing blessing to me personally. She has thoughtfully cared for and explained and prepared me for all of the care I’ve needed. Dr. Bradshaw has patiently answered all my questions and concerns and thoroughly explained what my options were. He was able to save many of my teeth because of his expertise. He truly cares for his patients and provides excellent care!

I told the hygienist it was the most pleasant cleaning I ever had. They put a hot towel around the neck. She was gentle with my teeth yet seemed thorough. She was very kind and friendly and professional. She sat down with me for the first appointment to see what i wanted out of my visit and goals were for my teeth. Very nice location and friendly front office staff. The inside of the office is clean and modern. Dr Bradshaw is very kind and seems to really care about his patients. So grateful i chose to come here.

I cannot recommend Heritage Family Dentistry enough. Both Dr. Bradshaw and Dr. Ashley are wonderful! Both are thorough and take the time to get to know you, your concerns, and helps to educate you while coming up with an effective treatment plan that works best for your specific needs. Alyssa does a wonderful job with cleanings, and the front office girls are so welcoming and acknowledge you by name when you walk in. Rest assured you are in great hands here. Thank you HFD!
