​I had a fantastic experience at Heritage Family Dentistry and highly recommend them to friends and family. ​Dr. Bradshaw performed an implant for my mother, and he is very experienced was so gentle and relaxing throughout the process. The office uses very high-tech equipment, which made us feel confident in the care she received. My mother was so amazed with the no pain and very pleasant experience. ​A huge thank you to the dental assistant, Ms. Taylor. She is amazing—professional, experienced, and so kind. She really helped my mother stay relaxed during her implant procedure. ​I also saw Dr. Ashley for sealing and the removal of an old retaining wire from a previous dentist. It was a very pleasant experience with no pain or discomfort. She is incredibly gentle and experienced. ​The entire office staff is professional and very kind. Overall, a 5-star experience!

I've had multiple visits with this facility and my interactions have been overwhelmingly positive. For the most part, all staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and treat you like an individual and not a number in the que. Dr. Bradshaw is an artist of his craft who cares about his work as well as your satisfaction. He is willing to go the extra mile to diagnose any issues, give you an honest prognosis, and make any adjustments to ensure you're 100% satisfied.

My family & I absolutely LOVE the staff at Heritage Family Dentistry. They really go above & beyond to make you feel welcome . They are very gentle & really help calm any fears you may have. They always give you options that fit your budget & needs. We travel over an hour away just to go there. I would give 100 stars if I could. We highly recommend Dr. Bradshaw & his office.

I had a horrible experience with another dental office and was then recommended Heritage Family Dentistry by a loved one. So, I made an appointment and had the best experience at HFD. The office is so clean, and the staff are all smiling and super friendly. My hygienist, Barbara, was so kind, informative, and gentle. Barbara and Dr. Bradshaw both helped walk me through my future dental care needs and I left feeling super confident. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great visit! Faith at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful when I checked in, which made the whole experience start off great. Alyssa in hygiene was wonderful, very gentle, thorough, and made me feel really comfortable during my cleaning.
