GO Orthodontics - Collierville

My first visit was very smooth. I started same day treatment and the staff got me in and out. Taccora was super helpful going over my options with me and the orthodontist was also super sweet and informative. They have reasonable pricing as well. Would recommend to anyone.

GoOrtho collierville has consistently pleasant staff. They are the best provider in regard in honoring appt times (love that) and they provide thorough updates/feedback ok your progress. This has been a smooth process for me and im thankful for that.

I absolutely love GO Orthodontics in Collierville. The environment is clean and pleasant. The staff is positive and friendly. Mrs. Pam is the absolute best! Mrs. Ayla takes very good care of me and she's patient and explains everything in full detail each visit. She's the only one I will see unless she refers someone when she is out. Please go check them out for yourself I promise you won't be disappointed.

The ladies at the front desk are very nice always greeting. You always speaking when you leave. They always tell you to have a nice or great day. The doctor came to exam my mouth before the lady started putting my braces on. The doctor did not have any manners. He did not speak. He did not ask me how I was doing. He just took the utensils looked in my mouth got up the lady that was working on my mouth was scraping the bottom of My teeth, she then poked,My lip made it started bleeding did not apologize. Didn’t even ask me if I was OK. I wished I had known this before. I chose to go to this orthodontist office. This is my second visit. Both visits were horrible. The South Haven location is awesome. It is just too far for me to drive. I am highly thinking about taking that drive once a month because that Collierville location is just horrible.
