I had a great experience from start to finish! The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that was being done, as well as my treatment options, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed, and everyone was professional and caring. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dental team.

Smiles of Chattanooga, is the most impressive dental office I have ever stepped foot into. From the moment I talked to Sabrina on the phone I could feel this place was different. Ciji gave the best cleaning I've ever had and took time to actually get to know me and my family. Doctor Gallien is not only an incredibly talented dentist, but he is also gifted at communicating with clients. As crazy as this sounds, I am excited to go back. That is how special this office is. 10/10 would recommend.

As an adult, I have had several bad dental experiences, which typically ended with me feeling insecure and needing “so much work done.” It’s made me hesitant to even get basic cleanings. My daughter recommended Smiles a few years ago. Since I started, they have been so patient with me. They explain things thoroughly, don’t treat any question or comment like it’s stupid, and provide great care. Today, Abby and Dr. Erin started the process of removing multiple amalgam fillings and placing crowns. They are good at what they do, and again, so patient. They’ve won the trust of someone who had almost decided dental care was never going to be pleasant again. The front desk staff is great too. They greet you with pleasant voices and smiles. Either they enjoy their jobs or they’re good at hiding it.

The absolute best! Can’t say enough about Smiles of Chattanooga. An amazing staff that takes time to know their patients, attend to any concerns and provide the most positive experience for their patients. All this while embracing the latest and greatest technology, maintaining a holistic approach to dentistry and attending to the individual as a whole! I highly recommend, this office and Dr. Erin for all your dental needs from basic cleaning and maintenance to more complicated procedures!
