Dr. Keith B. Dressler

Dr. Dressler and his team are excellent. He has taken care of our family for decades. Today, my youngest son had his braces put on. Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She was caring, attentive, informative, and helped to troubleshoot a lengthy/difficult bracket situation. She is an expert at her craft. We will continue follow with Dressler Orthodontics.

Dr. Dressler and team are excellent! They answer all questions and don't make you feel rushed. Top notch care!

We left this office in the middle of treatment. We received poor care and rude office staff. BE AWARE they will do anything to squeeze money out of you. We paid them every month no late payments and then they try to slap us with x-ray fee's. We have insurance and they refuse to bill our insurance company for the x-rays. I even called our insurance company and the x-rays were never submitted. They want us to pay out of pocket $500! I would run from this office!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is very rude the billing lady Kimberly does not know what she is doing has an attitude problem and wrongfully sent me to collections. The front desk associate Evelyn never greets me and always has an attitude. They threaten to terminate my dental services because I wrote a bad review before on the office which I will be putting back up. I felt targeted after that and after all they still told me I couldn’t come back which I feel like they wanted to do in the first place money hungry individuals. Overall I do not recommend at all I very much felt out of place in this office and wish I never went there!

I will start by saying that the orthodontist and all of the dental assistants are great. My husband and I personally used Dr. Dresslers office as teens and that is why we chose this office. HOWEVER. The front desk employee specifically(Ellyn , I believe) is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Despite the last years worth of bad attitude, lack of information, hateful and rude demeanor, this was our most recent visit (4/8/24) Arriving to my daughters appointment, we were searching for the restroom key and unable to find it in the typical location, I tried the door. It was locked. I went back up to the desk and she proceeded to slam the key on the desk with no words. While my daughter had her adjustment, I spoke with the financial coordinator regarding a change in our coverage. As I finished that conversation and approached the front desk to pre-book, Ellyn, very rudely and abrasively said “June 3rd” without any other eye contact or words, in regards to scheduling my daughter’s next appointment. I was unable to speak with the DA, as I was speaking to another employee so I asked If anyone said how much longer we should expect for my daughter’s braces. She responded “no, he didn’t say” so looking for a response, I ask “okay….. is there anyone that can tell me?” The rebuttal being “her chart says 18-24 months” and I never received actual information from the orthodontist or any DA. With that being said had I not paid in full, I would absolutely be finding another orthodontic office for my daughter. STRICTLY due to the rude demeanor of the front desk staff. This has been a chronic issue for the past year unfortunately with no avail. The front desk should work on being as friendly and professional as they were when we paid IN FULL on my daughter’s consultation… They definitely had their customer service voices and faces on then.
